Finding Strength in the Word
When seeking the Lord about many waters this week, I kept coming back to a few simple truths. God’s Holy Word is infallible, and we must place our absolute trust in it. He has good plans for us—plans to prosper us and give us hope for the future.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11
Clarity in the Chaos
God’s Word is true and sharp; it cuts through any confusion you may be facing. Whether you are learning to dream again, seeking answers to prayer, or feeling like you can’t make it through another day—let alone another week—know that His truth is your anchor.
“For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” — Hebrews 4:12
A Place of Rest and Transition
God is here, waiting to meet with you so you can lean on Him for everything. Remember: seasons come to an end and new ones begin. Do not miss what He is doing right now.
Don’t lay down where you are supposed to walk. Don’t walk where you are supposed to rest. With God, we can make it. He is for us, not against us, and He never changes.
”Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” — Isaiah 43:18-19
